Of course like many of you, I also wear a few other hats. Here’s a glimpse into the life of me, Dr. Heather Wittenberg:
Practicing Psychologist & Business Owner: I co-own a healthcare company that creates and manages behavioral health programs that serve thousands of clients every month. I’ve evaluated, treated, and supervised the care of thousands of families with children including issues such as developmental challenges, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, and the autism spectrum. I also serve as an Expert Witness in Court-related matters regarding child development.

Author & Content Creator: Knowing that one major cause of stress for families is potty training, I wrote the book that quickly hit the top of Amazon’s Potty Training list: "Let's Get This Potty Started! The BabyShrink's Guide to Potty Training Your Toddler." Its success inspired my soon-to-be-release, user-and-viewer-friendly, video course.

Engaged Industry Member: A long-time social media content creator, I help develop ethical and practical social media strategy for projects including research at the University of Hawaii. I’m also committed to holding our profession to the highest standards, so I publish and speak on the ethics of social media and practice management for healthcare professionals.

Expert Media Consultant: Depending on where you live, you may have seen or heard me me on the news, providing parenting tips and guidance — including the KITV morning news, KFI AM 640 Los Angeles, BBC Radio, and Fox News' Good Day Chicago — or read my contributions in publications such as Parents Magazine and American Baby. I’ve also provided scientific expertise for Kimberly Clark's Huggies and Pull-Ups (via Edelman PR), for Kraft-Heinz, and for The Learning Care Group Preschools, among other Fortune 500 companies.

Speaker & Trainer: I've addressed national psychology audiences on innovative strategies for developing an ethical, professional online presence… and written a book chapter on the topic, currently in print at Oxford University Press. I'm also one of the few psychologists who is comfortable in a live, online capacity including Twitter, FB, and other live chat environments.
